Job Opportunity:

  • Lead a team of facility operations specialists to ensure the efficient monitoring and control of client connected facilities.
  • Provide guidance to facility managers on addressing day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, validate key performance indicators, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Identify and communicate risks, proposing solutions to management.
  • Ensure effective risk management, incident response, and issue resolution for clients and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operational management teams to meet contractual requirements and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives to ensure project delivery aligns with client needs.
  • Uphold values of honesty, entrepreneurship, responsibility, and quality.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in technical operations management, preferably in facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Understanding of building management systems and critical operations.
