Facilities Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Leader to manage A-grade commercial assets. This key role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, providing strategic property advice, and delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage two A-grade commercial assets with focus on smooth operations
- Act as the primary client interface, offering high-quality service and strategic guidance
- Own budgets, contracts, compliance, capital works, and lifecycle planning
- Drive proactive, solution-focused operations that consistently deliver results
- Lead a team with three direct reports
- Commercial facilities management experience, preferably in managing high-end properties
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successful team management
- Strong client relationship and strategic influence skills
- Commercial acumen including budget management, contract negotiation, and capital works oversight
- Expert knowledge of occupational health and safety, compliance, risk, and legislative requirements
