Supply Chain Leadership Opportunity

The Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and leading a centralized supply chain function. This position offers the opportunity to build processes, frameworks, and policies from the ground up, while making a real impact across logistics, inventory, procurement, contract negotiation, warehousing, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and business growth.
  • Lead supplier management and contract negotiations across logistics, warehousing, and related services.
  • Oversee demand planning, forecasting, imports/exports, and inventory optimization.
  • Collaborate with sites to centralize and minimize third-party warehousing and distribution.
  • Use ERP systems (SAP) to monitor performance, track KPIs, and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain or logistics management (manufacturing/distribution preferred).
  • Strong skills in supplier management and contract negotiation.
  • Hands-on, collaborative leader who coaches and influences stakeholders.
  • Ability to implement structure and processes in a dynamic environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, supply chain, or logistics highly regarded.
  • International export experience advantageous.
