Marketing & Events Coordinator

Job Description:

Air Liquide Healthcare is a leading supplier of medical gases and services.

They specialize in respiratory diseases and sleep diagnostics.

This role supports the marketing team in implementing programs across all Air Liquide Healthcare sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize logistics for trade shows, events, and meetings related to sales and marketing
  • Manage and record marketing materials
  • Develop internal and external communications, such as newsletters and brochures
  • Coordinate with suppliers on marketing projects
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support
  • Maintain customer contracts and ensure commitments are met
  • Assist in sales analysis, including preparing KPIs and monthly reports
  • Support tendering processes by providing product information
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to develop training programs
  • Previous experience with IQMS is beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft and Google applications
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
