About the Opportunity

This varied role will see you managing all operational initiatives including company drivers, routing optimisation, monitoring maintenance of vehicles and equipment, and ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities of the Role
  • Manage all operational initiatives including 30+ company drivers in QLD
  • Routing optimisation
  • Monitor maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and warehouse adhering to safety standards
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives

  • Management experience ideally in Operations & Transport/Logistics
