We're seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for collaborating with our Head Chef to design and execute a modern Asian-inspired menu. Your expertise will be essential in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that meet our high standards.

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative menu concepts
• Prepare and cook dishes that showcase our culinary expertise
• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure food safety, hygiene, and WHSE compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Lead and train junior kitchen staff to ensure a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels efficiently
• Contribute to a positive, innovative kitchen culture that thrives on teamwork and creativity
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are consistently followed

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef who is dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. In addition to your culinary expertise, you'll need to have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment
• Relevant culinary degree or certification
• Strong understanding of Asian flavors, techniques, and ingredients
• Passion for food innovation and creativity in the kitchen
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high standard of quality
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Food Safety certificate
• Right to work in Australia
