The AV Services Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Information Technology team within University Operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to industry Certification, preferably in AVIXA, Crestron & XiO, Dante, Biamp, Sennheiser, Extron, Polycom, and Echo360.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of audiovisual devices and AV infrastructure systems for fault-finding and maintenance.
  • Manage live events and hybrid streaming events with expertise.
  • Develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships through effective interpersonal skills.

**Requirements:**

  • A relevant technical degree accompanied by relevant experience; or significant experience in an AV technical field.
