We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Ethos BeathChapman. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our Risk and Compliance Frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update Risk and Compliance systems to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date registers of risk and compliance-related information.
  • Prepare and present reports to management and the board on risk and compliance matters.
  • Support training initiatives to ensure staff are aware of risk and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support the organization in adapting to regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in risk and compliance within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of APRA requirements, particularly CPS 230 and CPS 234.
  • Proficient in controls testing, report writing, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in workers' compensation, insurance, and qualifications in Risk and Compliance highly regarded.
