Are you dedicated to nurturing children's growth and development? We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Childcare Educator to enhance our educational team.
In this role, you will assist in designing and executing interactive, play-centered learning experiences for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Your focus will be on creating a secure, encouraging, and enriching atmosphere that supports the holistic development of each child.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and execution of developmentally appropriate activities, including arts, music, physical movement, and outdoor exploration.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment that values teamwork and respects diversity.
- Monitor and evaluate the growth and progress of each child, maintaining communication with parents and colleagues regarding individual needs and successes.
- Keep the learning space tidy and organized, managing resources and supplies effectively.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Our center has the capacity to accommodate up to 100 children, operating from early morning until evening. We provide early childhood education and care for families in the surrounding areas.

- Possess a minimum ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services.
- Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Demonstrated experience in early childhood education (working with children aged 0-5 years).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- First Aid certification.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
