We are seeking experienced Educators to join our team at Eden Academy, a leading provider of early education services. Our centres are designed to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.

As a Lead Educator or Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to our children. You will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team of professionals who are passionate about early education. As a Lead Educator or Assistant Educator, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced educators who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to our children.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Providing high-quality care and education to our children, including planning and implementing activities, and monitoring and evaluating their progress
  • Working collaboratively with other educators and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicating effectively with parents and carers to ensure that our children receive the best possible care and education
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early education
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Great personal presentation
  • Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
