Transaction Diligence Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to work with clients on complex deals, identifying key value drivers and providing financial and commercial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors or corporate buyers.
  • Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing records, conducting interviews and preparing/evaluating pro forma information.
  • Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights impacting deal value and structuring.
  • Write up findings and recommendations, project manage information flows and manage stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on multi-faceted projects in cross-border environments.
  • Assist senior management with business development initiatives contributing to proposals and new opportunities.
