Senior Consultant - Transaction Diligence

At the heart of every successful transaction lies a deep understanding of the organisation's underlying value drivers. As a Senior Consultant in our Transaction Diligence team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and analysing these key drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights that drive business growth.

Our expertise spans the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial due diligence to post-deal integration and beyond.

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with clients on complex deals, challenging assumptions about future performance, searching for hidden value, and advising on deal structuring. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses
  • Analysing financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management
  • Identifying and analysing key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights
  • Writing up findings and recommendations, and project managing information flows while managing key stakeholders

You will work with colleagues from other disciplines on multi-faceted projects in cross-border environments and assist Partners and Directors with business development activities and initiatives. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics is essential, along with membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent, strong Excel skills, and a high level of proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
