You'll be joining
Team Donnelly
, working alongside an experienced credit analyst in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, giving you the chance to learn the structures, systems, and strategies behind some of the most complex finance deals in the market. This role has been created for the right person to grow into, with plenty of support, training, and exposure to help you become a top-tier analyst.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assess and structure residential, commercial, and asset finance applications
  • Analyse financials, identify risks, and propose solutions
  • Keep deals moving fast by managing lender relationships
  • Prepare and present credit recommendations to the team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • Credit/lending experience (brokerage or banking)
  • Sharp analytical skills + high attention to detail
  • Strong communication, able to explain complex credit positions clearly
