We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team of experts delivering transformative strategy, transactions, tax and corporate finance solutions.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant, you will work on complex deals with some of the world's largest organisations, fastest-growing companies and private equity firms. You will help identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance and search for hidden value.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
  • Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management and preparing pro forma financial information.
  • Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights which directly impact deal value and structuring.
  • Assist Partners and Directors with business development activities and initiatives contributing to proposals and new business opportunities.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance or economics.
  • Demonstrate strong Excel skills and high proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
  • Be highly analytical and enjoy solving deal value questions within short timelines.
