We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant in Transactions and Corporate Finance.

Job Description

The role lies at the intersection of transformative strategy, transactions, tax and corporate finance. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with clients on some of the most complex deals in the global market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
  • Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, and preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information.
  • Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, directly impacting deal value and structuring.
  • Based on your analysis, write up findings and recommendations, and project manage information flows while managing key stakeholders.

You will work closely with colleagues from other disciplines on multi-faceted projects in cross-border environments.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance or economics.
  • Membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent is required.
  • Strong Excel skills and high proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
  • Highly analytical, enjoying the challenge of solving deal value questions within short deal timelines.
