Automotive Service Coordinator

RAC Auto Services is a leading automotive business in Western Australia, with a strong presence across the Perth metro area. As a Service Advisor, you will be part of a dynamic team that values work-life balance and offers a range of benefits, including guaranteed hours, competitive salary, and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the member experience during the vehicle service process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with technicians and customers.
- Provide estimates for repair and maintenance services, explaining the work to be performed and offering recommendations for additional works.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance, and provide regular updates to members on the status of their vehicle.
- Handle member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner, and prepare and complete repair orders.
- Support the achievement of team sales targets and conversion rates, and understand revenue and profit targets.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, invoicing, and part returns.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing is desirable.
- Sound administrative and clerical skills, including data entry and invoicing.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills, and effective teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work between centres.
