Automotive Service Coordinator

What We Offer- Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week and 4 hours on Saturdays with penalty rates (alternate/flexible)

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience during vehicle servicing, including coordinating with technicians and communicating with customers.
- Greet members, confirm vehicle information, and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Provide estimates for repair and maintenance services, explaining the work to be performed and offering recommendations for additional works.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Keep members informed about their vehicle's status through regular updates.
- Address member concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and complete repair orders efficiently.
- Support team sales targets and conversion rates through effective collaboration.
- Understand revenue and profit targets, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, invoicing, and receipting payments.
- Outstanding customer relationship management skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing (desired).
- Sound administrative and clerical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective teamwork skills and ability to build positive relationships.
- Flexibility to travel and work between centres.
