About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences during the vehicle service process. This includes coordinating with technicians and communicating effectively with customers.

  • Greet customers, confirm vehicle information, and provide estimates for repair and maintenance services.
  • Explain work to be performed, offer recommendations for additional works, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on their vehicle status and handle concerns/complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare and complete repair orders, supporting team sales targets and conversion rates.
  • Assist with site and mobile service administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and part returns.
Requirements

This role suits motivated individuals with excellent customer relationship management skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing.

  • Outstanding professional customer relationship management skills, including conflict resolution.

  • Flexibility to travel and work between centres.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
