Digital Producer Role Overview

As a Digital Producer, you play a pivotal part in orchestrating end-to-end CMS production and delivery of Digital Hub programs of work within a Digital Squad environment. Your primary goal is to ensure an exceptional customer experience and usability.

Your responsibilities will involve delivering hands-on content changes via Content Management Systems and collaborating with UX, design, content, development, and testing resources to guarantee high-quality delivery of all changes into production.

You will be accountable for engaging business stakeholders, obtaining relevant approvals, and documenting accordingly. Additionally, you will prepare impact assessments and work estimates, liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding requirements and deliverables, including defect management.

This cross-functional agile team collaborates with UX, designers, developers, and testers to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements and Skills
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience on CMS (Vignette and AEM highly regarded)
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end production, delivery, and release management processes
  • Understanding of Customer-Centric design approach and appreciation for good customer experience, layout, and text composition
  • Detail-oriented, organized with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
