About the Opportunity:

This role plays a vital part in driving our organisation's objectives through effective implementation and monitoring of digital programs.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage sharepoint to ensure content is regularly reviewed
  • Support the development of program documentation templates, guides and materials
  • Prepare program-related documents such as governance packs, status updates, reports, discussion papers
  • Contribute to research and analysis efforts to build Program Community of Practice and other capability uplift efforts
  • General administration tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience in contributing to and supporting the implementation and monitoring of programs within a continuous improvement framework to ensure high standards and incorporation of learnings in future projects
  • Experience in contributing to the development and compilation of supporting material to ensure program implementation meets organisational objectives and outcomes
  • Experience in assisting team members with task completion and project implementation, while communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and associated issues
