Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and support the team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, promoting professional growth and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Project Planning and Delivery:
    • Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and at optimal cost.
    • Support the development of project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate team efforts to achieve objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between the team and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or demonstrable relevant experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing digital programs or projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing multiple, complex digital projects from inception through to completion.
