Corporate Workplace Experience Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Onsite Experience Specialist.
This role involves working on-site in our Melbourne office, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver outstanding experiences for employees.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, technical support, and assistance with day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing a workplace experience that inspires and engages employees
- Providing staff and visitors with timely and effective assistance related to the office environment
- Maintaining stock levels of consumables and IT assets
- Delivering basic technical support and troubleshooting local issues
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in business support, customer service, or helpdesk position
- Skills in community building and social engagement
- Previous experience providing business support in a corporate environment
- Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills
- Curiosity and passion for technology and innovation
