Job Title: Workplace Experience Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering seamless and engaging workplace services.

You will be responsible for delivering a professional and friendly welcome experience to all visitors and guests, managing meeting room bookings, event support, AV setup, and catering coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and professional manner, and the ability to multi-task, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a professional and friendly welcome experience to all visitors and guests
  • Manage meeting room bookings, event support, AV setup, and catering coordination
  • Respond to workplace enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Support workplace operations including mail handling, locker management, and inventory coordination
  • Conduct regular office floor checks, log maintenance or WHS issues, and liaise with service providers
  • Coordinate onboarding packs and technology setup for new starters
  • Assist with process improvements and contribute to an inclusive, service-oriented team culture
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with background in hospitality, reception, or workplace concierge services (ideally within a corporate environment).

A Certificate III in Hospitality is preferred, but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive, team-focused mindset with a genuine passion for great service.
