Contract Administrator

">Job Overview:

This role is responsible for the administration of contracts, including letting and vetting of sub-contractor packages, liaison with suppliers and stakeholders, negotiation of agreements, tracking of project expenditure against budget, and responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Must have 2+ years experience with a commercial builder
  • Main Contractor experience is a must
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
  • Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
