Senior Commercial Contract Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of commercial projects. This involves providing strategic input on opportunity and risk assessments, reviewing contractual instruments, coordinating negotiations, and modeling commercial frameworks.
- Pre-Contract Award: Utilize your expertise to assess potential opportunities, review contracts, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop comprehensive commercial frameworks.
- Post Contract Award: Oversee the structured handover of contracts, manage contract risks, and lead performance reviews to ensure maximum value realization.
- Governance: Champion the implementation of best practices in commercial management, support the embedding of project controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
- Tertiary qualification in law and business/commerce
- Minimum 3-years' experience in a similar role
- Proven knowledge of tier one contractor risk and governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of the utilities and power generation sector
- Key competencies include autonomous contract review, drafting, and interpretation, as well as construction project financial modeling and contractual claims analysis.
