Senior Contract Administrator

As a leading civil engineering firm, we are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong construction experience and a collaborative mindset.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can provide leadership and mentoring to junior commercial staff, while actively managing cost forecasting, contract compliance, and risk mitigation. The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry.
  • Experience in all stages of subcontract management, including scope preparation, procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, claims/variations management, completion and close out.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Current C-Class Driver's Licence.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
