About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Parramatta Aquatic Centre. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and quality group fitness activities to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-energy group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
  • Develop and implement new class programs and formats to keep our members engaged and motivated
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members
  • Collaborate with our team to promote our fitness programs and services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in group fitness instruction (e.g. Certificate III in Fitness)
  • Experience teaching group fitness classes to diverse populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
