About the Role
  • Leads and supervises a team of psychologists and allied health staff, providing clinical oversight, case reviews, and professional guidance.
  • Manages a small caseload of clients, delivering evidence-based interventions and ensuring compliance with ethical and legislative requirements.
  • Contributes to service development and quality improvement initiatives, building strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
About You
  • Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior clinician role.
  • Strong clinical skills across various therapeutic approaches and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to mentor, support and inspire a team, along with strong organisational and time management skills.
