Job Description

We are seeking an experienced medical professional to join our team as a Senior Academic Leader of Clinical Education. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and work in partnership with colleagues to manage all clinically related aspects of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the governance of our educational programs
  • Lead clinical curriculum design and delivery
  • Oversee clinical placements and ensure best practices in clinical learning and teaching
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Unrestricted medical registration
  • Postgraduate qualifications in a medical discipline
  • A current or anticipated specialist appointment with primary employment at ISLHD
  • Proven leadership and administrative capabilities
  • A strong commitment to ongoing professional practice and experience in curriculum delivery/development within a medical school or medical training environment
