Senior Capacity Management Lead

M&T Resources is hiring an experienced IT Capacity Management Specialist to oversee IT Service Management processes, ensuring successful deliverables from respective leads, and governing Capacity Management across the organization.
About the Role:This Senior Technical Capacity Management Specialist will have a robust background as an SME in Capacity Management, integrated implementations across the entire software delivery lifecycle, thrive in fast-paced environments, and communicate effectively at leadership levels within the organization.
- Governance and Strategy:
- Govern IT Capacity Management across the organization.
- Review and approve Capacity Management strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Advocate and guide teams on the best IT Capacity management best practices.
- Risk Management and Issue Mitigation:
- Minimize risks and manage issues by controlling risks of failure and business disruption across the organization.
- Oversee defect management governance aligned with the SEO Risk Management Framework.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with capacity management and forecasting.
- ITIL certification.
- Strong skills in SQL Server scripting, PowerShell, Excel macros, and Splunk.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in conducting process audits.
The estimated salary for this position is AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
