About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Capacity Management Specialist to oversee IT Service Management processes, ensuring successful deliverables from respective leads, and governing Capacity Management across the organization.
You will be responsible for governance and strategy, risk management, and issue mitigation. Key responsibilities include governing IT Capacity Management, reviewing and approving capacity strategies, advocating best practices, minimizing risks, and managing issues.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity management role with forecasting.
- ITIL certification.
- Strong skills in SQL Server scripting, PowerShell, Excel macros, and Splunk.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in conducting process audits.
