Job Title: Customer Experience Architect
Architect and Scale Global Customer Experience
As a seasoned professional in customer success and experience, you will lead the charge in designing and implementing global CX programs that drive adoption, retention, and advocacy metrics at scale.
With direct oversight from our CEO, you will own the complete customer journey from onboarding to advocacy, influencing our global growth trajectory with every strategic decision.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and scale innovative CX programs across multiple markets and time zones

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in customer success or CX roles within SaaS or B2B tech
Demonstrated track record of designing and scaling global CX programs
Proven ability to improve adoption, retention, and advocacy metrics at scale
