We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a VIP Services Attendant. This is an exceptional opportunity to deliver personalized services to our valued clients and contribute to their memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amenity Delivery: Organize and deliver amenities to VIP rooms, ensuring timely and efficient delivery and coordination of guest amenities.
- Guest Support: Assist and provide general support to the guest experience and guest journey at the hotel.
- Correspondence: Coordinate correspondence for all contactable guests prior to arrival to arrange special requirements.

- Enquiries and Requests: Respond to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner, proactively and reactively.
Requirements:
- Natural Ability: A natural ability to surprise guests with authentic service and a passion for hospitality.
- Communication Skills: Impeccable communication skills to make every interaction a positive, memorable moment.
- Experience: Experience with Opera Cloud is preferred but not required. RSA certification is a requirement.
