About the Role
Fuse Recruitment is seeking a skilled Client Executive to drive new business acquisitions and build strong relationships with real estate agencies in Western Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisitions through direct outreach and existing channel partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies in your designated territory.
- Attend industry events and client premises to foster relationships and establish a network.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective client management and acquisition strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry risks.
Requirements
- Broking or Underwriting experience.
- Tier 1 Broking or Cert IV.
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance products required by small business.
- Exceptional sales skills and ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Adaptable, focused, and self-disciplined, with strong interpersonal skills.
