Marketing Data Analyst

Unlock business potential by driving informed decision-making through data-driven insights. We are seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team in Sydney, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to scale marketing impact and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing data integrity and integration between Salesforce and Mailchimp, ensuring unsubscribe workflows and audience hygiene.
  • Deliver ongoing data analytics and insights across marketing channels, including email, website, and social media.
  • Drive daily updates and content refreshes across digital platforms, including the corporate website and news/insights portals.
  • Collaborate with external data providers and internal ops teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of adviser and client data.
  • Support platform analytics and maintain rebate databases to inform product decision-making.
  • Lead regular performance reporting across digital, media, and email channels to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A degree in a quantitative or related field, preferably with experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Wordpress, Mailchimp, and other marketing automation tools is advantageous.
