Job Overview

The role entails supporting the implementation of a comprehensive HR transformation strategy that aims to enhance the employee experience across all levels of the organization.

The scope of this transformation includes the design and implementation of an end-to-end HR system, process re-engineering, and the development of a new service model and organizational structure to support these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current team structures and collaborate with stakeholders to define future state org design and people capabilities to deliver services aligned with the new processes implemented by the transformation.
  • Develop year 1 and year 2 org designs and define the net benefits of proposed changes to be included in the program benefit realization plan.
  • Document future state job roles (retained, amended, or new) to align with transformation outcomes and new ways of working and future state service design.
  • Facilitate evaluation processes to grade, size, and benchmark any new roles and situational job architecture.
  • Creation of role mandates for new/amended roles and team mandates for all teams.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to facilitate workforce transition activities for the teams, considering industrial relations impacts and required consultation.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience as an HR business partner.
  • Experience in designing new organizational structures and job roles.
  • Experience implementing new organizational structures.
  • Working knowledge of workplace legislation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
