Job Title: Transformation Specialist

A transformative role is available for a seasoned professional to lead and manage change initiatives within our organization.

As the Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to implement sustainable change for multiple projects. You will assess, design, develop, and implement long-lasting transformation both internally and externally in-line with business requirements.

Your usual day will include:

  • Developing and implementing a stakeholder engagement plan
  • Developing a communication plan for all stakeholders impacted by the change project
  • In consultation with the Learning & Development team, developing a training strategy and plan
  • Working collaboratively with the change team, project team, and business leaders to develop a sustainable change program and positive cultural transformation
  • Developing and implementing a plan to measure and monitor all aspects of the change initiative, identifying risk areas and determining appropriate solutions

5 years of Transformation Management experience working on complex, long-term implementations and previous experience in Finance/Insurance/Banking/Customer Service-related change projects are required.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent consulting skills to work with teams to uncover change impacts
  • Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture
  • Resilience and tenacity to obtain necessary information
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate and be flexible on project ownership
  • Familiarity with and experience in hybrid Waterfall/Agile programs
  • Willingness to commit to a long-term program

The successful candidate will receive:

  • 12 months contract with a view to extend
  • $1000 per day rate, including super
  • Work for a global brand
  • Hybrid role (2 days in office)
  • Convenient location close to station in North Sydney
