Administration Assistant Role

This position is part of the NH SaH Program administration team, contributing to its effective functioning.

  • Provide telephone support to consumers and staff.
  • Collect and maintain data for efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Establish and communicate with external agencies.
  • Process orders and invoices for services.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively as a team member.
  • PREFERRED: Knowledge of Aged Care funding principles.

Key Responsibilities:

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the NH SaH Program team. This includes:

  • Providing timely and effective support to consumers and staff.
  • Collecting and maintaining accurate data for reporting purposes.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and files.
  • Establishing and communicating with external agencies as required.
  • Processing orders and invoices for services in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
