Business Growth Specialist

As a seasoned Business Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion by converting inbound leads and cultivating new business opportunities through your professional network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads generated via marketing and digital channels.
  • Rewarding discovery calls to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Harness your existing network to generate additional prospects.
  • Engage actively in industry events, forums, and online communities to amplify our reach.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior decision-makers in targeted sectors.
  • Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, and negotiation.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and value-led proposals to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Partner with Account Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to leadership and marketing to inform go-to-market strategy refinement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role within a technology consultancy or IT services firm.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
