Account Executive, Mid Market

Job Description

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing MURAL's enterprise clients in the APAC region, applying a human-centered approach to drive business growth and expansion. You will work closely with local teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identifying new opportunities and streamlining processes to achieve exceptional results.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for growth and improvement, developing tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales consultants and engineers to design and deliver customized sales approaches, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in account management or new logo acquisition at a SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expansion, with a focus on strategic account management.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language is preferred but not required.
