Job Summary:

Myhomecare, a leading Home Care Package provider in Australia, is seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to manage the compliance requirements of our independent contractors and monitor their performance to ensure they meet the required standards of care.

About the Role:

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Filing and recording incoming compliance documentation
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of contractors to ensure they are meeting the required standards of care and service
  • Conducting regular audits of contractors to ensure they are complying with regulations and standards
  • Identifying and addressing any compliance issues that arise with contractors
  • Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities and reporting any issues
  • Providing guidance and support to contractors on their compliance
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to work at pace in a changing environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Compliance management experience and knowledge of aged care regulations and standards is desirable, but not essential
