We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Health Dataset Officer at Monash Medical Centre - Clayton. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain outpatient clinic scheduling templates within iPM
- Collaborate with the Specialist Consulting Clinic Advisors and VINAH Data Team to ensure compliance with Victorian Integrated Non-Admitted Health (VINAH) reporting requirements and Medicare Australia billing guidelines
- Provide education and training to end-users on standardized procedures for outpatient clinic scheduling templates and related non-admitted data reporting requirements
- Test key functionality relating to the Outpatients module with any upgrade or release
- Travel to other Monash Health sites as required
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently with accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn and adapt to an ever-evolving environment
