Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and culturally sensitive Client Engagement Officer to join our team. As a Client Engagement Officer, you will play a vital role in building relationships with our clients, their families, and cultural service providers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities to acquire new clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and cultural service providers to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Cultural Liaison: Act as a cultural liaison between Myhomecare brands and various cultural communities in Victoria, leveraging your cultural knowledge and communication skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate and confidential reporting systems to meet audit compliance standards.
  • Incident Management: Document and manage incidents through an incident report, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing client dissatisfaction.
  • Client Retention: Proactively identify and manage client complaints, resolving issues to minimize client loss.
  • Community Engagement: Arrange and attend activity days/events to drive client retention and growth through word-of-mouth referrals.
Requirements
  • Cultural Fluency: Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese or Vietnamese.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivation and a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations.
  • Time Management: Ability to work at a fast pace with effective time management skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop relationships with clients, their families, and employees.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new systems, policies, and procedures and be challenged by the development of a high growth business.
