Divisional Head, Corporate Solutions

This is a strategic and high impact role delivering contemporary finance, procurement, technology and business transformation.

  • Drive financial leadership including planning, modelling, and performance reporting to support long term sustainability and community value;
  • Deliver an ERP and technology platform transformation program to modernise Council operations and enhance service delivery;
  • Implement a new corporate services structure that aligns systems, processes, and people to deliver contemporary customer centric solutions;
  • Leverage AI and digital technologies to improve internal efficiencies and community facing services, while strengthening cyber security maturity;
  • Provide strategic advice to the Executive Team to inform key decisions and ensure alignment with organisational goals;
  • Build strategic partnerships to optimise revenue and enhance value to community outcomes.
About This Role

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving transformation across the organisation as a key enabler of Council's future direction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the division's responsibilities and a proven track record of leading transformation across a comparable service portfolio.

A commercially astute executive with exceptional stakeholder engagement, a collaborative mindset and the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement are essential.

Key Requirements

This role requires a combination of skills and qualifications, including:

  • A strong background in finance, procurement, technology and business transformation;
  • Proven experience in delivering enterprise-wide technology initiatives, ideally within a SaaS environment;
  • Strong project management and change leadership capabilities;
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills;
  • Able to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
