Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled transformation leader to join our organization. This role is critical in overseeing and executing complex projects, aligning with our strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will navigate complexity to drive business outcomes, identify critical risks, and provide solutions to senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing end-to-end transformation programs to drive improvement and reduce enterprise risk.
  • Leading the development of status, compliance, financial, and benefits reporting for executive steering and governance forums.
  • Overseeing program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial tracking.
  • Identifying, managing, and mitigating program-level risks.
  • Implementing improvement initiatives by enabling teams and delivering targeted training.
  • Leveraging tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to enhance program delivery.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Transformation and project management qualifications and/or exposure in a fast-paced environment, preferably in Telco or utilities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Experience working in a PMO.
  • Extensive experience working to governance principles.
