Job Description:

As a Change Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and overseeing organisational change initiatives and communications, aligning closely with the company's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing robust change management frameworks and strategies to ensure effective implementation and sustainable adoption across the business.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' success delivering strategic transformation across complex, multi-site environments. You will bring expertise in designing and implementing change methodologies, with a strong ability to influence, coach, and drive sustainable outcomes. A natural communicator and collaborator, you will thrive in cross-functional settings and engage confidently at all levels.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and execution of change management strategies, assessing organisational readiness for change, establishing open lines of communication between business units and functional teams, partnering closely with Project Managers to seamlessly embed change management into project planning and delivery, engaging and aligning stakeholders at all levels to foster support and shared ownership of change initiatives, creating and delivering engaging training and capability-building programs to support successful adoption, tracking progress, measuring success, and adjusting strategies to ensure momentum is maintained, anticipating and addressing resistance using a thoughtful, empathetic approach, coaching leaders and mentoring teams to equip them with the tools and mindset to lead change confidently, and promoting a culture of resilience identifying opportunities for growth and building internal capacity to thrive amid change.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate over 10 years of demonstrated success in leading change management within complex, multi-site national organisations, driving strategic transformation and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You will also possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels and foster strong, collaborative working environments.
