Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales planning.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadership.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
The Successful ApplicantA Successful National Sales Manager Should HaveProven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in managing client accounts and contract negotiations.
A results-driven and proactive approach to work.
What's on OfferSalary of $190,000 - 220,000 + super Generous car allowance of $25,000 per annum.
