  Job Description
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales planning.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
    
    
  The Successful Applicant
  
  A Successful National Sales Manager Should Have
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in managing client accounts and contract negotiations.
  • A results-driven and proactive approach to work.

  • Salary of $190,000 - 220,000 + super
  • Generous car allowance of $25,000 per annum.
