About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Mercy Health. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional sales experiences for our incoming residents in our retirement village setting.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the sales experience from start to finish, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of service and support. This will involve working closely with our Village Managers and Service Managers to create a seamless and transparent experience for our residents and clients.

You will be responsible for managing unit sales and marketing, project managing unit refurbishments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will assist in the compilation of Village Contracts, Disclosure Documents, and Facts Sheets.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the retirement village or seniors living sector. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, potential customers, and their representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the sales experience for incoming residents in our retirement village setting
  • Manage unit sales and marketing in accordance with set KPIs
  • Project manage unit refurbishments aligned with settlement time frames
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the compilation of Village Contracts, Disclosure Documents, and Facts Sheets
  • Work closely with Village Managers and Service Managers to create a seamless and transparent experience for residents and clients
What You'll Bring
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, management, sales, property)
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retirement village or seniors living sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, potential customers, and their representatives
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve
  • A compassionate and flexible approach to effective resident care and management
