Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive email and direct marketing strategy that drives customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.

This role requires strong experience in lifecycle or 1:1 marketing, gained in creative, media agency, or marketing environments.

A key responsibility is to define, implement, and continuously improve lifecycle marketing programs tailored to key audience segments. This includes ensuring every communication is purposeful, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.

Critical to success is a test-and-learn mindset, ensuring journeys are optimised and every interaction delivers impact. The successful candidate will champion direct communication best practices and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

This role will also contribute to martech strategy development, stakeholder engagement, process, and governance frameworks across the marketing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, creation, and execution of email and direct mail campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows.
